Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a Store Associate in Anchorage, AK. You will deliver friendly service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You’ll assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining in-stock, well-merchandised shelves.

Training includes rewards enrollment and VOICE of the Customer initiatives. Preferred candidates have retail or customer service experience and are at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program enrollment and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise safety standards; support shrink and safety programs.
