Job summary

Michaels Tyler, TX store is seeking a friendly team member to assist customers, keep the sales floor stocked, and deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties while supporting framing tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, and can stand for long periods. Lifting and moving boxes, and potential night shifts are part of the role depending on store needs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to perform standing/walking duties for long periods
• Cross trained in framing selling and production

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain in-stock conditions; merchandise recovery and go-backs
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
