Job summary

The Michaels Companies Spring, TX store is seeking a Part Time Seasonal Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, maintain planograms, and support store recovery. The role requires standing long hours, lifting boxes, and working nights/weekends; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Operate checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms.
• Support omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Follow SOPs and company policies; promote a helpful store environment.
