Job summary

Michaels Stores in Reno, NV is seeking a store team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery while supporting omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store. This role involves customer interaction, POS duties, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the rewards program and private label credit cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planograms.
• Maintain store recovery and help with merchandise returns and in-stock levels.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies.
