Job summary

Michaels is hiring at our Henderson, NV store to deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store. You will ensure a fast checkout experience and assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and planogram maintenance to keep the store well merchandised.

Team members engage customers about our Rewards program and credit options, participate in omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS), and follow SOPs while promoting a positive store image. All requirements are aligned with store policies.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Support store recovery, merchandise returns, and in-stock conditions.
