Job summary

Michaels in Napa, CA is seeking a customer service oriented Store Team Member to help shoppers, locate products, and provide fast checkout experiences. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in‑stock merchandise while upholding store recovery standards.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting, and some evenings, weekends, and early mornings. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain stock and recovery standards to keep the store well-merchandised.
