Michaels is seeking a Store Associate in Carson City, NV to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure quick, accurate checkout. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining store standards to deliver our brand promises.

Roles include assisting with rewards program enrollments, VOC education, and omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS. The position involves standing, lifting, and working nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Excellent communication and checkout skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with in-store processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Support truck unload, stocking, planograms, and store recovery.
