Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers about VOC survey and collect feedback
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram maintenance
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; handle returns/go backs
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; model positive conduct for customers and team members
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
