Job summary

Michaels is hiring at its Sturbridge store in Massachusetts for team members who deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers find what they need. You’ll handle fast checkouts, cash handling, and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.

You’ll also support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS and assist with stocking and merchandising. Applicants should be at least 16 years old, able to stand long hours, and willing to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and participate in omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to stay in-stock and well merchandised.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
