Job summary

Michaels Stores in Rochester, MN, is seeking a Customer Service/Retail team member to help customers shop, locate products and ensure a fast, friendly checkout. You will engage customers in rewards programs, support BOPIS/SFS processes, and maintain in-store merchandising and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns/go-backs
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; project a positive image as a role model
