Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a customer-focused associate for its Spring, Texas store. You will assist customers, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

The role involves bagging and cash handling, promoting the Rewards program, and supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. You will help unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Comfort with standing, lifting, and moving in a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and gather feedback.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram execution.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and perform merchandise recovery and returns.
