Michaels is hiring for a Store role (Goldsboro, NC). You will help customers, manage checkout with cash handling, and promote the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised store, while supporting Omni channel processes and safety programs.

Applicants in the U.S. must meet federal, state, and local requirements and be at least 16 years old.

Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise, including returns/go backs and stockability.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
