Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and VOC surveys.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Support store recovery and merchandise care; assist with in-stock optimization and AD sets.
