Michaels Mansfield, MA is seeking a store team member to assist customers, manage checkouts, and support merchandise flow. You will help customers locate products, enroll shoppers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs, and participate in omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

The role requires retail or customer service experience; physical tasks include standing, lifting, and stocking.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Operate checkout with accurate cash handling and fast service.
• Promote Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; support safety programs.
