Job summary

Michaels Stores in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a friendly retail Team Member to assist customers, help locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You’ll participate in truck unloads, stocking, and planogram adherence, promote the Rewards program, enroll customers, and support Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store.

Work includes varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies
• Interact with others positively and be a role model
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
