Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Farmington, NM, is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist customers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will help unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms to keep our store well-merchandised and in stock.

Responsibilities include assisting with omni-channel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store, supporting in-store promotions, and following SOPs for safety and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Lifting heavy boxes and reaching high shelves may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and help shoppers locate products.
• Handle fast and friendly checkout with proper cash handling.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Perform store recovery, merchandise returns and go-backs to keep shelves in stock.
• Support in-store promotions, BOPIS/SFS processes and AD set duties.
