Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking dedicated store team members for our Mesa, AZ location. You will help customers, assist with checkout, and participate in stock, merchandising, and omnichannel activities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, are comfortable with standing, and can work nights/weekends as needed. The role emphasizes teamwork, compliance with SOPs, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the rewards program and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Support shrink and safety programs
