Job summary

Michaels is recruiting a Seasonal PT Customer Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, efficient checkout experience. The role supports store operations and engages customers on rewards programs.

The position emphasizes a positive attitude, strong customer focus, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; perform cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards program enrollment
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes: Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain store appearance and in-stock levels through merchandise recovery
• Support store safety and shrink programs
