Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Team Member for our Charlotte store. You will help customers shop, provide a fast and friendly checkout, and participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.

This role supports omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship From Store, while promoting Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to provide a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Willingness to learn and follow SOPs and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in-store.
• Manage checkout processes and cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance (POGs).
• Support omnichannel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in store recovery and in-stock optimization (SISO).
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
