Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards
• Educate customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram duties
• Maintain in-stock store and complete merchandise recovery and go-back processes
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact respectfully and be a role model aligned with our brand values
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
