Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Good communication and friendly demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties to maintain store recovery and in‑stock conditions.
• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Perform in‑stock optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact with others in a respectful manner and model positive behavior for Team Members.
