Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time Seasonal Customer Service/Stocker in Canton, GA. You will deliver friendly service, help customers find items, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You’ll participate in unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining planograms to keep the store in peak condition. Responsibilities include engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, supporting BOPIS/SFS processes, and aiding in inventory recovery and safety

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Ensure a fast and accurate checkout experience with standard cash handling.
• Educate customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) maintenance.
• Support store recovery, in-stock optimization, and compliance with SOPs and safety programs.
