Job summary

Michaels Acworth store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience in a climate-controlled retail environment.

The role includes truck unloading, stocking, planogram maintenance, and store recovery to keep shelves in stock and well-merchandised. Training in framing sales is available for cross-functional duties.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain merchandise and store recovery; complete returns/go back process.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
