Job summary

The Michaels Stores Buckhead location in Georgia is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure quick checkout experiences. You will handle unloading, stocking, and planogram duties while promoting rewards and credit card enrollments.

Responsibilities include helping customers locate products, engaging in Omni channel processes, and maintaining in-stock conditions with merchandise recovery.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship From Store)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns/go backs
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
