Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Columbus, MS is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find what they need, and provide a smooth checkout experience.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, maintaining planograms, promoting rewards programs, and contributing to omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollment, and educate on VOC surveys.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
