Job summary

Michaels in INDY-GREENWOOD, IN is seeking a Store Associate to help customers find products and provide solutions. You will help keep the store well-merchandised and in-stock, while delivering a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.

You will engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, and support omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery.
