Job summary

The Michaels Stores at Pittsburgh Mills, PA is seeking a friendly retail team member to assist customers, process transactions, and promote the Rewards program. You will help customers locate products, handle cash, and support in-store and omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Cross training in Custom Framing is available. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store while

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain well-merchandised and in-stock store; assist with merchandise recovery.
