Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Temporary Seasonal Team Member for our Pittsburgh, PA location. • Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, helpful customer service at checkout and throughout the store.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms.
• Support Omni channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship From Store).
• Educate customers on programs and enrollment opportunities (Rewards, Private Label Credit Cards).
• Contribute to store recovery, safety, and SOP compliance.
