Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a store team member in Birmingham, AL. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You’ll assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

You will participate in BOPIS/SFS, planograms, and store recovery activities. The role involves promoting the Rewards program, enrolling customers in the Private Label Credit Card, and supporting VOC initiatives.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Operate a fast, accurate checkout with cash handling to standard.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram setup (POGs).
• Support BOPIS and Ship From Store processes and store recovery tasks.
