Job summary

Michaels Stores in Mobile, AL is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

You will participate in omnichannel duties such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, support shrink and safety programs, and follow SOPs to uphold company standards, while engaging customers and contributing to a positive

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the rewards program and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain merchandise in-stock and recovery; manage returns/go-backs
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; be respectful and set a positive example
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
