Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Alabaster, AL is hiring for a Seasonal Service Team Member to assist customers, operate the checkout, and support stocking and store recovery duties. The role may require standing long periods, lifting, and evening/weekend shifts in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and provide fast checkout.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, stock, and planograms.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments, assist with BOPIS/SFS where applicable.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety programs, and company policies.
