Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS accurately.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and VOC education.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain merchandise recovery and in-stock store through RO & SISO duties.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; demonstrate respectful conduct.
