Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and in-store pickup
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram compliance
• Ensure merchandise recovery and stock levels; manage returns/go backs
• Perform Stock In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact professionally with customers and team members; model company values
• Cross trained in framing selling and production
