Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on VOC surveys
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain planograms
• Maintain store recovery and merchandising; complete return/go-back processes
• Follow SOPs and company policies; promote a positive store image
