Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash according to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them as needed.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and following planograms (POGs).
• Support store recovery, AD sets, and inventory control processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; model positive, respectful behavior.
