Job summary

Michaels Stores in Nashville, TN is hiring for a Retail Team Member at the NASH-THOMPSON store. You will help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions while ensuring a fast, friendly checkout. The role includes stock replenishment, unloading trucks, and maintaining in‑stock, well‑merchandised aisles.

Training on rewards and private label cards is provided. This position requires standing for long periods and interaction with customers.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Strong cash handling and basic math with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
