Responsibilities

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
Educate customers on VOC; assist with omni‑channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
Maintain in‑stock store; support shrink and safety programs
Operate with professionalism; role model for team members
Cross trained in framing selling and production
