Michaels Canton, MI is hiring a Store Team Member to provide friendly customer service, assist shoppers in finding products, and handle checkout efficiently. You’ll contribute to stocking, merchandising, and store recovery while engaging customers in rewards programs and omni-channel services.

Cross-training in framing is available. The role emphasizes standing and moving throughout the store, with evenings, weekends, and early shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise in-stock levels
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies
• Interact respectfully and be a role model for Team Members
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
