Job summary

Michaels is hiring at our Wilton, CT location for a customer-focused team member. You will help customers locate products, provide solutions, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.

You'll engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, support omnichannel processes such as BOPIS and SFS, and assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms while keeping shelves in-stock and well merchandised.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store and Ship From Store
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain in-stock store through merchandise recovery and SOP adherence
