Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a Store Associate at Nashville West, TN. You will help customers, handle checkout, and participate in unloading and stocking to keep aisles well-merchandised.

The role involves engaging customers with rewards programs and omni-channel services like BOPIS and SFS, while upholding store standards. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and are comfortable standing for long periods in a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and high in-stock levels; complete merchandise returns as needed.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
