Job summary

Michaels, a leading arts and crafts retailer, is seeking a Store Team Member in Nashville. You will help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout while supporting store operations including truck unloading and stocking.

You’ll engage customers with the Rewards program and participate in omnichannel tasks like BOPIS and SFS to keep shelves well‑stocked. Preferred candidates have retail or customer service experience and can stand for long periods, with a flexible

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and offering solutions
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards
• Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
• Assist with Omni‑channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintain in‑stock store
• Support SISO and AD set duties; assist shrink and safety programs
• Follow SOPs and company policies; be a positive role model
