Michaels in Denver, CO is seeking a Store Team Member to assist customers, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, manage planograms, enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and support omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store.

This role requires standing, lifting, and contributing to a well‑merchandised, in‑stock store while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop and locate products.
• Provide fast checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with BOPIS and SFS processes.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planograms.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise in-stock condition.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
