Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a team member in the United States. You will help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions, while executing cash handling to standards at the checkout.

You will engage customers with Rewards programs and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards, and support omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store. The role involves stocking, replenishing, and maintaining merchandise, with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and assist with heavy lifting.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and stock maintenance.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Other duties as assigned.
