Job summary

Michaels is hiring at the DEN-ARAPAHOE store in Colorado for a customer-focused team member who can help customers locate products, offer solutions, and run an efficient checkout.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and store recovery, while promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. The role also covers omnichannel tasks like BOPIS and SFS, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and compliance.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the returns/go back process
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies to ensure compliance with laws and requirements
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
