Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments (Rewards, Private Label Credit Cards).
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock, handle merchandise returns go-backs.
