Job summary

Michaels Stores Buckhead location is hiring for a customer-focused team member who helps customers find products, answers questions, and provides fast, friendly checkout service. You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, and store recovery to keep the floor in-stock and inviting.

Role requires reliability in a busy retail environment, with opportunities to discuss rewards programs and assist customers with Omni-channel options. Prior retail or service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and adhere to cash handling standards.
• Promote rewards programs and enroll customers where applicable.
• Support in-store processes such as BOPIS and Ship From Store; participate in truck unloads and shelf replenishment.
