Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Rhode Island seeks a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to greet customers, explain rental terms, and assist with the rental process in a friendly, efficient manner.

The seasonal window runs mid May 2027 through October 31, 2027 (up to 180 days). This full-time, 40-hours/week position offers benefits including employee discounts and a 401(k) with company match. Office locations in Providence County are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Must have at least 6 months of prior customer service experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment.
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors.
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return.
• Notify Management of any known customer problems and vehicle issues.

Overview

The Seasonal Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.

The seasonal employment window will begin in mid May 2027, will end on or before October 31, 2027, and cannot exceed a total of 180 days.

This position pays $19.00/ hour and is located in one of our offices within the Providence County, Rhode Island area.

Multiple Schedules are available, inclusive of weekends and holidays. We are hiring for full time (40 hours/week) schedule. Schedules to be discussed during interview process.
