United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to deliver outstanding support and resolve issues for US clients. You will be the primary contact for inquiries, product guidance, and feedback, working within a small, proactive team.

This fully remote role requires 40 hours per week during US Pacific Time hours, strong written and verbal English, and a proactive, doer mindset to handle daily tasks without established processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, customer support, administration, personal assistant, or operations.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working with US clients is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support via email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product guidance, and general support; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Work with leadership on operational and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Conduct online research to support business initiatives and customer requests.
• Coordinate bookings, appointments, and other operational activities.
• Maintain customer records and internal systems.
• Identify recurring questions and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Assist in testing new features, workflows, and internal processes; provide clear feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team for a seamless customer experience.
• Handle daily tasks promptly, often without established SOPs.
