Relocity, Inc. seeks a part‑time Seasonal Relocation Assistant in the San Francisco area to provide hands‑on, in‑person relocation support for employees during peak months. You will guide housing searches, DMV setup, property negotiations, and neighborhood tours.

A local driver’s license and a strong customer‑service mindset are essential. Based on performance, there may be contract extensions or a path to permanent roles.

Qualifications

• Must have legal right to work in the USA
• Must have residency in the San Francisco Proper for 5+ years with knowledge of local rental market, education system, and local registration processes
• Own a reliable 4‑door vehicle and a valid driver’s license for in‑person client services
• Commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Be flexible and available to work weekends, including Sundays

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on in‑person assistance to relocating employees during peak relocation months
• Assist with local housing searches, short‑term summer rentals, neighborhood guidance, and property negotiations
• Help set up DMV, banks, utilities, and other essential services
• Conduct customized area tours and coordinate moving logistics and initial home setup
• Support the Personal Host team to ensure seamless relocation services during busy periods
• Handle administrative tasks and coordinate client communications within the team
• Manage multiple relocations simultaneously with strong time management and client satisfaction
• Participate in surveys and feedback to improve seasonal performance and client experience
• Research and recommend summer housing, activities, and festivals to enhance relocation experience
