Job summary

ARC’TERYX is seeking a Part-time Product Guide in Santa Clara to deliver a best-in-class brand experience. You’ll share technical product knowledge, help guests select gear that fits their needs, and act as a brand ambassador in-store and within the local outdoor community.

You’ll support merchandising, store projects, and guest-experience improvements while collaborating with leadership. A passion for the outdoors, flexibility for weekend shifts, and a proactive attitude are key.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving ability.
• Brand ambassador with a passion for outdoor gear.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class brand experience and product knowledge to guests.
• Weave product information into guest interactions authentically.
• Support store leadership on brand initiatives and merch concerns.
• Process transactions accurately using POS system, including warranties and returns.
• Respond to store phones, voicemails, emails, and social channels as needed.
